WHY?
Because not all sounds get captured cleanly on set – or need a boost in post. Without foley, scenes can feel flat or unnatural.
WHAT?
Record footsteps, the sound of clothes moving, objects, and action scenes; use the right materials and props, then sync it all perfectly to the image.
WHEN?
During post, after the edit is locked. These sounds are recorded later in specialized studios.
HOW?
With creativity, rhythm, craftsmanship – and a toolkit full of everyday objects that create just the right sound.
