GetOnSet helps you break into the film industry in just ten months! This paid dual trainee program – run by MOIN Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig Holstein – is aimed at anyone over 25 who wants to turn their passion for film and media into a career.

STEP is an emerging talent program by Hessen Film & Medien that supports students, film and media alumni, and career changers on their way into the industry. By covering the costs of further training, it helps both established film professionals and career changers expand their knowledge and qualifications in a focused way.
