Pull focus, swap lenses, check camera settings, prep and maintain gear, and handle equipment lists – always working closely with the DoP and the rest of the camera team.
WHEN?
From the moment the gear is picked up to when it’s returned. The 1st AC is always with the camera and keeps everything running smoothly.
HOW?
With technical know-how, precision, quick reflexes – and a tape measure.
